Might as well skip Europe all together and invade them from Alaska since no European politician will ever have balls to order his/her to wage war against Russia.

They have some holes in their early warning radar, so we should be able to get a lot of their shit.
Plus their submarines are loud, so we should be able to get most of those before the warheads are off.
They'd probably get a few hundred warheads onto target, but it wouldn't be close to enough to stop the rape train, especially if the US gets the ability to start reactivating warheads and they can't because lol nuked.

I would plot all tectonic plates belonging to US soil and start a big project to attach them, as well as release them from earth in order to create a huge floating island. I'd hire NASA to deploy the biggest thrusters they have on the eastern shore, every US tank division would be deployed on the western shore. As soon as this massive island collides with mainland, the tanks start advancing. In the meantime every nuke available is to be dropped onto the Kremlin, preferably simultaneously. Both US and EU will gather every civilian, policeman, soldier, student and whatnot that is over 15 years of age and is given a handgun and a rifle (any rifle), and will be airdropped throughout major Russian cities.
There is no way we will lose.
