this, for the alpine terrain i live in, treeline is close, so a lot of bright green foilage around there, loads of gray stones coming through the ground, so its a mix of gray, bright green and the dark tree trunks, M90 fits very well
for winter -> flecktarn winter for the lower regions and M90 winter for the higher regions since there is not a bit of green or brown showing in the higher regions in winter

It's a coating that reflects IR light very similiarly to a forest background, so it lowers visibility in night vision and such. I don't really know the details, save for that washing the clothing with commercial chemicals will make them shine like a christmas tree in IR, which is why it's strictly forbidden for conscripts.

I'm also pretty fond of Battlefield 4's Ripple camo because of all the flowers that grow out here, making it blend in exceptionally well with the blues and reds/oranges. Might have some custom made pants and jackets made with it...
