So I've recently come across a smallish amount of coke and was wondering how useful it would be as a local anesthetic in case SHTF compared to say aspirin, acetaminophen, ibuprofen, alcohol ect.

it's far better as an anesthetic than anything you'll get over the counter.
Mix a little bit of powder with a high proof alcohol, preferably isopropyl or something. Then use a small cloth to rub it into the area you wish to numb.

Pour some salt in the wound, then flush with alcohol. Dress the wound with coconut oil and honey if you need natural antiseptics.

not necessarily true, if its powdery you can cut it without cooking it into a rock again. think mixing sugar with salt, instead of having a sugar cube. The sugar cube would look the same to the untrained and naked eye if the sugar/salt was cooked and pressed into a cube of the same size.
