There's a reason there are so many veterans in the U.S. that served 3+ tours in the Middle East. If war was all bad all the time then nobody would enlist. The fact of the matter is that war is life taken to the extreme. It's live or die. Fun and terrible at the same time. You get to hunt down the most dangerous game with the most expensive tools.
