I just got this .308 Tikka T3 CTR. Zeroed it yesterday at 100 yards off a sled with my dad's 168 gr match reloads. It was grouping about a little less than an inch. Only gripe about it is that the stock feels kind of cheap.
What are some good replacement stocks for a Tikka T3 CTR? Any price is fine, just looking for some ideas.

Ruger American .308

Oh shit my bad, I misread your post, I thought you said replacements for the Tikka
>>30177466
Only under 1"? Mine was doing one hole 5 shot groups at 50 yards and 1/2" at 100 with 168gr federal premium match.

>Any price is fine
Then why didn't you just get a branded Sako?
>>30179023
You realize that that is basically the same MoA right? In fact, yours was a little worse.

I miss read your post. I read it as 1/2" groups at 50 yards. Disregard me, I suck cocks.

Check bell & Carlson. Replacement stocks for most everything and they're not too expensive.
>>30179163
ergos are shitty though.
Manners and McMillan are tops, and since they're fiberglass and not a chassis you can get it inlet for your T3 and your choice of bottom metal since the majority of the chassis stocks are set up for 700-pattern rifles.

That's assuming op wants to spend more on his stock than he did on his rifle...

I got this one

this tikka goes for <500-600$?
im looking for a nice .22 bolt action, shouldnt be that expensive, so walther and anschütz match rifles are out (4-5k€)
any suggestions? preferably with threaded barrel
Getting an expensive stock for your T3 is pants on head retarded. The stock stocks are tits for the price and don't feel cheap for the price. Try a Ruger American for cheap feel.
If you want a nice stock you should have got a nice rifle. T3's are bargain rifles that you shouldn't be throwing expensive shit on. It defeats the purpose.

just reserved this bad boy from a guy who gave up hunting. M70 zastava in .fuddy-06 complete with suhl mounts and a meopta 3-9 scope, all that for just 600€. Rifle practicly brand new, hasnt shot a full box of ammo.
did i do gud /k/?
>>30180162
Why on earth wouldn't you want a TRG chassis for a tikka?
>>30180115
you can get an anschutz rifles for a 1k€, maybe less if used. I would suggest CZ, i hear they are (lower tier) anschutz accurate for around 500-800€. It will prob. be my .22 when i get the cash for it.
>>30180482
forgot to add it has a setting tirgger (a trigger for setting the real trigger, so you just have to tuch it to fire)
Also any recomendations on .03-06 boolits for hunting (mostly deer and boar)
>>30180533
Set triggers are tits. Got one on my Steyr SSG69
Get something in 220gr. Go big or go home. Makes up for not having a .308.
>>30180552
was thinking on the line of Remington 180gr core lokt boolits, i dont want to push to 220, becouse i fear of blowing all the meat on my kill to smitherines.
Also mfw Styer-manlicher pro hunter for 1k€ at a funshop near me, and the classic for 1,6k€
Thats Tikka t3 tier monies
>>30180502
That looks horrendous
>>30180482
Well, I like my Zastava, so I don't think you did too badly. It's a really comfortable shooter for me, thanks to the stock and weight- 180 grains are just fine.
>>30180728
do you know what kind of groups it can get ? I've read some dude shoots 0,6MOA at 200yars (180m i think)
>>30180758
I suppose that's possible, but it sounds a bit much to me. I think 1-2 MOA groups at 100 yards out of the box is more likely. It's more a hunting rifle than a precision one.
MDT LSS along with a Fagpul PRS + buffer tube and castle nut is a good option for the money my nigga
