That's a sidewinder knock off by Adaptive Tactical. Most are built on maverick 88's but the kit fits a 500 and 870 as well. Looks like a good toy but not reliable enough for HD. You can find them on impact guns but they're like $500 each.

I have a Baikal IZH-81KM. It has a five round magazine.
Is it more useful than a regular pump? No, not really. Plus EAA only imported them for like a year and there aren't many around, with at least a handful of them converted into "Ivan's Hammer" pic related
