Pros and cons of the p938?
>>
>>30120033
It's literally the #1 option for a subcompact.
Pros:
Best subcompact trigger on the market
Extremely accurate
Decent capacity
6# trigger doesn't need a safety with proper holster
Factory night sights
Extremely slim
Cheap

Cons:
People will think sao requires a safety because they mexican carry
???
>>
>>30120033
Cons:
>heavy single action trigger
>safety
>only 9mm
>cost
>field stripping and reassembling sucks

Pros:
>Night sights
>compact
>>
>>30120033
I've heard it doesn't seat properly sometimes?
>>
>>30120143
What's wrong with the safety? Also they come in .380, it's called the p238
>>
>>30120143
>6# trigger same as block
>safety not required for use
>b8
>$550 is not expensive
>1 pin is all that is required to field strip

>SAO
>>
SAO trigger is honestly pretty heavy.
It kicks quite hard and the backstrap isn't comfy. Luckily it's not a competition pistol.
Mine had terrible magazine retention issues and would randomly drop 7 rounders for no reason. It held 6 rounders pretty well but I never trusted it and got rid of it.

I was very impressed how such a pretty 938 SAS model could be so relatively terrible for the price point. So I replaced it with a glock 42 that's lighter and has no reliability issues. My 938 taught me why the SIG QC meme is somewhat true. Great looking pistols, but the SIG America doesn't have their shit together.
>>
>>30120033
Pros: Shoots like a dream and sexy as fuck.
Cons: Slide stop and guide rod problems.

They also are more fun to shoot with the hogue grip.
>>
>>30120128
P238 is better if you ask me desu, slimmer and less recoil, .380 is perfectly fine as a self defense round.
>>
>>30120843
Low quality bait.

>SAO is the devil, curse you
Eat a dick glawkfags sao is the way to go
>>
>>30121046
I don't give a fuck about SAO one way or the other. I shoot everything. It has a heavy trigger for what it is. Do you even own one?

The gun might be more enjoyable in .380 at its size. I would have kept it if it didn't drop its mag every other mag. It was a bad gun or at least a very poor example of the 938. Replace glock 42 with any other pocket pistol in .380 or 9mm as a suitable replacement you retard.

Cons:
Manual Safety
Subcompact
Low capacity
Overpriced
Hammer fired
It's a Sig
S&W Shield 9mm w/ out safety exists
Glock 42 & 43 exists
Glock 26 and 18 exists
Why would you pay $700-$800 for this?
Terrible platform to train consistently with
You look like a fucking faggot owning one of these
You are a fucking faggot owning one of these

Pros:
It's better than carrying nothing? Maybe?
>>
>>30121076
Looks like I struck a butthurt lil faggots nerve
>>
>>30121088
>18
19* but yeah the 18 is better too :^)
>>
>>30121096
this bait is worse quality than SIG
>>
>>30120033

Pros:

Goes bang more often than not.

Cons:

Some asshole decided it didn't need a captive recoil spring.
>>
>>30120033
Pros: Those dub-dubs
You can advertise that you like to suck cock without actually saying it

Cons: These shit-ass singles
I'm posting from my phone while trying to go to sleep
Loose asshole and sore throat from the vigorous poundings

The small pocket carry 1911's all have problems. This is why nobody actually carries them.

I'm waiting for my CCL to finish processing right now and am in the market for a CCW. Although I'm not sure now how much I'll carry on my person (I want the CCL mainly for transporting in the car, for the sake of credentials in general, etc.), I need some advice from pistol guys or anyone with carry experience.

How important really is size in a carry piece? My dad has been trying to talk me out of a Walther PPQ (.40 S&W) because it's a bit large for a CCW, but I really like the gun. I'm a long-gun shooter and have been my whole life so I really like the fine trigger on the PPQ. I've been printing my best groupings with it when I rent at the local range. My willingness to invest a lot of money in handguns is not great, so I'd like a nice rig out of the box for not too much money.

Side-note: I've also been shooting the FNX .45 Tactical a lot. Holy fuck that thing is sweet. Too bad it's gigantic. Trigger is no where near the PPQ out of the box, but it's a fine instrument.

You don't like a 380 that has been retrofitted to shoot 9mm, so you switch to a 380 that has feeding problems? You're one smart cookie.
