It was an FN L1A1, full auto was disabled. Honestly didnt know how my friend got it, but his dad was ATF so I can only imagine.
It was a Kmart .410
A Ruger SR22, it was definitely a good starter and then shot my KP95DPR15 only 50 rounds later.
The first gun I ever fired was a .30 M1 Carbine.
What I learned to shoot with was a Marlin .22lr. My father gave it to me last Christmas as a keepsake.
He brought me to a gun auction 20 years ago and the only item he bid on was the Marlin. We spent a lot of time at the range with it when I was young.

Winchester 94 .30-30 My dad sat me in a chair backwards, handed it to me, pointed to the milk jug full of water, and said "Have at it".
