How would /k/ free up this seized extractor? I've got it soaking in break free. Every pin I have used to try to drive the pin out has bent.
soak it in kroil instead.
When the gun came in it was so seized I could not even rack the slide, drop the magazine or manipulate the safety. This is how pitted the inside of the frame is.
Oh boy firearm rescue. More pics!
Also I assume you've used penetrating oil?

If you have a lthe at home, try to make a bolt shaped pin extractor, with exact size extractor end as the pin. Then ready your hammer.

Marinate it overnight in Break Free or PB Blaster or Liquid Wrench, or something along those lines. Then run it through an ultrasonic parts cleaner. Then douse it again with penetrant, let stand for a half hour, hit it with a steam cleaner, douse it again while it's still hot. Try tapping the pin out before it cools down.
If that doesn't work, maybe try pressing it out?

If you have an ultrasonic toothbrush take the brush off and touch the vibrating metal part to your urethra -I mean extractor for a few minutes.
1st get gud with a punch
Its a hell of a lot more like an art than people think
2nd, Mack the back of the extractor to make it pivot
3rd throw away your trash CLP and use Kroil or PB Blaster
They're actual penetrating oils whereas CLP is just shit

> CLP
get WD 40
I've been using legitimate pemetrating oil not close. I've also tried forcing down the rear of the extractor with no luck.
Just by another slide

I once had to soak a screw for a whole week in penetrating oil before it came loose. give it time.
if it still doesn't work, use ultrasonic.
Just use WD40, break free is garbage.
Drill the pin out, it's the only way
these guns are shit, and not special. Just part it out.
