I think it'll be more of an all-purpose gun. I want something midrange in price and very versatile. I have been ogling the Ruger SP101 with a 4.2" barrel as a sort of all-around gun. It meets most of my criteria. I like how it looks, I like the idea of switching ammo for different purposes, I think I'd keep it for a very long time, possibly even pass it down as an heirloom.
