Saw a SKS at cabelas today in a disgusting spotter stock with a damn BSA on a dust cover mount. It was a Romanian. I want an unfucked Romanian so bad. Also saw a /26\ that someone had thrown in a Russian stock. At least they were trying.

Pretty sure the spring only helps to close it. If spring pressure is the only thing keeping the bolt locked then that's a shitty design.

Absolutely gorgeous bluing on a quality wood stock. Not original military configuration, but as good a sporterization as bubba can do.
