A standard 7.62 NATO minigun is 85 lbs, the lightweight version is 41 lbs. The M3 tripod is another 44 lbs.
Not including the batteries and ammo, two men could carry the gun and tripod through the jungle. But you would need another guy to carry the ammo and batteries, plus a whole other team of pack mules to carry other supplies that the minigun team can't carry.
