Just under 2 weeks to go. Hopefully this will be a monthly mini-meet for people to join or not join as they see fit. I'll be there from noon even if I'm by myself. Range is open till 8pm, drop by anytime and say hey.
I will be bringing the NCR flag unless I derp out.

I know, the name is misleading since it's CALLED Sunnyvale but is about 3-4 miles from the city limit on the far edge of an entirely different city.
In fact I suspect that Google is wrong and it's actually on unincorporated land, but I could be mistaken.

The fee is to use the range, they charge people to use it, the meet is free.

15$ range admission because it's a private range that's open to the public on Tuesdays.
Bring your gun if you have one, I'm willing to let people get trigger time on mine if you don't. The range itself doesn't do rentals.
Highlighting issue with felons because liability. I like to be a nice guy and let people shoot my ammunition out of my gun but I don't feel like going to prison for that. As long as I have no reason to believe that anyone present is legally prohibited, it should be fine.

Yeah, that's just about it. Look around for folks wearing camo or /k/ patches, then shoot and hang out for the day.
The folks that show up to these meets are the cool ones, the ones that shit the threads up are just jealous. We've never had a major incident happen or major asshole show up to a Cali meet since they started last year.

The other meet is still habbening. This is a smaller meet that will take place sooner and in the bay area. Basically a good chance to hit the range with komrades if you can't get the time off for the bigger meet, or if you just want to join more meets.

The big Ghost Town meet is still happening June 24th-26th, these mini-meets are happening in conjunction.
The idea is that the big meets like pic related happen once every two/three months and the mini meets happen monthly at ranges.
Even though we've always had a great group of guys show up, it's understandable that some people are hesitant to go out into the woods with people they don't know, so I think these are a great idea to ease in newfriends who've never been to any of the California meets before

Why would you go to Sunnyvale rod and gun when you can go to Los Altos rod and gun. Los Altos is more open and doesn't have those terrible deafening shooting booths that kill your ears even with ear pro. Los Altos isn't that far away from Sunnyvale anyway, its just down the road a little ways on Saratoga.
