I'm going to be nice and spend some time telling you why that video sucks and what you can do to improve it. (assuming OP made it, if not then someone else copy/paste this onto his video please).
Really, everything needs to change.
1: The lighting quality on that is awful. Are you trying to demonstrate something to us or are you interrogate us? Get some proper lighting set up (even if it's just a few regular old lamps with some decent, non-yellow-light-producing bulbs that are projecting their light onto you).
2: Don't make videos of you recording anything if your camera only records in 480p or whatever. If you can't do at least 1080p then you shouldn't be trying to make videos. A decent enough camera isn't going to be all that expensive, and if you're not willing to spend money on a decent camera then you shouldn't be trying to make videos anyways.
3: The video is 8 something minutes long. I didn't bother to watch the whole thing, but I'm just going to assumed that if you cut to the chase and explained your points quickly then it could have been less then two or three minutes long. No one wants to listen to someone else ramble for 8 minutes, speaking of which...
4: You were rambling. Don't ramble for a video. Have a scrip, even if it's just general points that you improvise on the stop.
