Ehh it was really beat and I got it in a trade that was in my favor (traded a gun I bought for $125 for it). I just didn't have the time or energy to bronze wool all the rust and fix all the splits and cracks in the stock.

honestly I'd start with a 44 for a big bore magnum revolver. 460 is loud, powerful, fun and impressive. 44 is too, but in a handier frame. it's also easier and cheaper to feed. more CC options too. I had to get a custom holster for the 460.

It's beautiful aesthetically. Had troubles with a couple brands of ammo for misfires (remington and winchester). I haven't shot it with the scope, yet though. Had to punch out the rear sight in order to mount it.

I had a 357 mag 4" that was nice but not nearly powerful enough for any practical use, in my opinion. The kick wasn't bad at all. I like the ammo versatility of the 460, and the power. I have a CC (g26), and this would be a hiking gun, so I think 5" is the perfect balance of handling and power. I've been eyeing the G40 10mm but not sure...

All of your ideas for a next gun are better than any I would have suggested. And since you pretty much have a hold of all of the quintessential Canadian guns, I don't have a whole lot more to mention.
I will say though that if you want something that's really unique and a hell of a lot of fun, I'd look into tracking down a Dominion Arms/Norinco 1887. It's my favourite gun in my collection simply for how handy it is in the bush, and just how different it feels in comparison to my other shotguns. It's not for everyone and not without its quirks, but shooting one and carrying one really is a different kind of experience. I also think you might get some enjoyment out of a Mosin of some kind, whether it be a 91/30 or a carbine, I bought an M44 this past winter and it makes a good companion to my 91/30 and SVT.

It's sports tape to keep the recoil pad from slipping off the shotgun. It's also on my girlfriends LC9 cause its makes it a more comfortable grip similar to Talon grips (I Guess.)
Tommy gun is my newest family member and is rather fun so far. Only complaint is that the stock tends to want to slide off your shoulder and the charging handle is a little stiff at first.

I love it.
Besides being unique, it's a excellent rifle easy to shoot and accurate. Trigger is really nice with a short reset. Only downfall is the 1:12 twist barrel but 55gr shoots quite well. Possibly one of my favorite rifles in my collection

Shooting a 9mm subgun is a lot of fun. Is the most ballistic ally efficient setup? No, but I'm not hunting elk with it. The scorpion would put a man down no problem, it's fun to shoot, it's priced reasonably, and it's just cool.

I just looked up the Frontier and it looks like they're finished by Cimarron. so I guess that makes the Frontier to Pietta what the Evil Roy is to Uberti. or something like that.
