Probably by avoiding cameras, not saying a single word about it, and having no personal connection to the person shot, just like every other guy who gets away with murder without being considered a suspect.
Never use the same method twice.
Never leave a calling card, or a have a signature whatever, or monologue at your victim about how they're evil. Forget all that shit. You're a vigilante, not a dick stroking serial killer. You dispense justice from the end of your gun.
Plan your shit out and never, ever fight more than one person at a time. Yes, it looks badass when Fronk does it. Fronk has plot armor, you don't. If this was you in this situation, you would be dead.
Wear a goddamn mask. Wear a different one every time. People claim the Punisher is badass because he doesn't have superpowers; this is wrong. He has two. His first superpower is that nobody can recognize him on the street despite his face being repeatedly plastered all over national television. His second superpower is that he's never wrong, and the people he punishes always deserve it.
Accept that you are going to die bleeding on the floor when you eventually screw up and your target turns the tables on you. That you're eventually going to accidentally kill the wrong guy and lose all your sleep over it. That if your target doesn't succeed in killing you, you're going from the hospital straight to jail where there are no guns to help you.
Why not tackle the real criminals instead.
