Hey /k/, I was reading "Fighting Fit: Complete SAS Fitness Training Handbook" by Adrian Weale, and a question came to my mind:
SAS or Navy Seals? Which one would you choose

I would choose the SBS.

DEVGRU
I would choose the USMC
it depends what country you are from dickhead.
I choose the spetsnaz, because backflip hatchet throwing is the best way to engage a man with a rifle 200 metres away.
Probably SAS just on the basis that you can't join directly and need years of experience in the regular army first.
SAS because they're not some yeehaw cucks.

OP here. I should extend myself. Which one is in better shape, is more effective without weapons, and their techniques can be extrapolated to a civil environment?

SAS only accepts those with military experience, seals accept people with none, you work it out.
