I'm no expert, but it's definitely possible. I mean, it's much cheaper to sell to the US and get those fat greenbacks in return. With the exception of Norinco, there aren't a lot of companies that can't sell to the US instead.

Speaking of markings, what are the legalities of removing serial numbers in the first place? Regardless of the new 2017 law, I mean.
I was always under the impression that only Restricted and Prohibited-class firearms had to have serial numbers in Canada, because muh registry.
I see very little reason for Non-Restricted firearms to have them. To my knowledge, the only reason they do have them has more to do with the manufacturer (because warranties and shit). Other than that, the only real use the end user gets is collection purposes (ie. you're a surplus collector and you want matching serial numbers), or you're Québecois.

Anyone have experience with purchasing Restricted firearms online?
This is my first time doing this, and I'm not sure what to expect.
Here's what I did:

>e-mailed a copy of my membership letter & my PAL to the CFO
>bought a restricted firearm through an authorized Canadian firearms retailer
>got an e-mail from the retailer, telling me that they've started the transfer
So, what do I do? I assume that the retailer will just ship my order once the transfer has cleared, but what about the registration? Does that come in the mail or something?

A person who has a firearm in his or her possession must be able to provide the firearm’s registration number on request. (Failure to do so has a fine of 100-300$)
Failure to register has a fine of 500-5000$ (1500-15000$ for "non-natural persons" I guess this means businesses)
Fines are doubled for repeat offences.
Firearms that are found to be unregistered after a fine can be confiscated and destroyed under the order of a judge.

im a tallfag and somebody recommended i get a 500 so i could put a magpul stock on it and extend the LOP to 14.5", but the supernova already has a 14.4" LOP and I usually throw a limbsaver on there anyway so i was like why; especially since i mentioned to that person i was interested in the supernova
is it normal for tallfags to have to hunch to get a cheek weld on a shotgun? if i do a standard cheek mount (a la trap shooting) the gun is hardly on my shoulder, but if i do a shoulder mount i have to hunch down, which reduces my acquisition time

when i use a proper shooting stance (leaning into it an appropriate amount), i have to choose between cheek weld or shoulder mount
to get both i have to do an unnatural, exaggerated hunch down because i have a very long neck. i use a limbsaver to extend the LOP to the point where i can hunch and get a proper cheek mount on the middle of the comb, but i'm hunching nonetheless.
