The ATF just approved a collapsible pistol 'brace'.
It's for the mpx, but I'd imagine that other variants are coming soon!

Probably priced more than the other braces, which are usually like 200-250. Probably cheaper street price.
They know they can jew you, since even if a tax stamp for SBR is about the same, they know the vast majority of people would rather not deal with the paper work and restrictions.
