Not a law but de facto

(B8) May a nonlicensee ship a firearm through the U. S. Postal Service?
A nonlicensee may mail a shotgun or rifle to a resident of his or her own state or to a licensee in any state. Handguns are not mailable. A common or contract carrier must be used to ship a handgun.
So common carriers:
FedEx Express: FedEx will only ship firearms via their Priority Overnight service (aka air)
FedEx Ground: FedEx Ground will transport and deliver firearms (excluding handguns)
UPS: UPS will accept handgun shipments by Next Day Air only. Rifles and shotguns can be shipped by UPS ground service.
So, no USPS at all, and UPS and FedEx only air.
You could ship it by train I guess.

The 240 is just a BAR. FN has never invented anything worthwhile on their own.
FNC=AK
FS2000=That Russian gun
P90=That US carbine in a memepup stock
SCAR= M1 + AR18
And it goes on and on. Not that they don't make good copies desu.

Those are corporate policies, not laws, which was my point.
USPS policy allows FFLs to still ship handguns to other FFLs, and there's no law requiring you to declare package contents (other than hazmat), so you could buck corporate policy and ship anything via other couriers as well.
tl;dr Ship whatever however. Or just pay an FFL to use USPS Flat Rate for $25.
