cold steel can be great for the money but they sell alot of bullshit.
albion, kult of athena, et al. Are really nice historical swords are really nice, and they are certainly functional because well...its the best they could come up with when they actually used them and they still work as well.
Its just too bad someone doesn't make functional swords with modern materials/techniques. I would gladly pay albion tier money for one. Its a shame the only welded anything you see is shit tier weld. You could really put out decent functional swords for much cheaper using modern techniques. The problem is people using modern techniques tend to do shit like spot welding a threaded rod where a solid chunk of steel should be.
