Just a degree is not enough, you need to have a degree in something very desirable, then you need to have a lot of experience, and then you need to have good connections so the company will go through the trouble of proving you are the only man for the job.

If you have a degree, I think it'd be pretty easy, particularly if you could get a job at an international company and tell them you want to work in the US and go from there, or just apply for jobs in America. Even smaller companies can really grease the wheels on the whole immigration process.
