The less you shower the less prone you are to acne. We bathe a lot more than people back in the day. Washing the natural oils from our face increases cases of acne. So does drinking milk. A common staple in almost all homes.

crye airframe or 6b47. Theyre the lightest for the protection and incredibly comfy. The 6b47 has a little more protection due to having ear cover.
ZSHes and MSA KFSes or ulbricts 05s have a lot more protection with masks and higher ratings but are very heavy and only really used for entry.

Tbh this would actually be great in the tropics/desert. Not so much in combat but when on the march, digging fortifications, etc. It's wide and lightweight, it would be great for keeping the sun off your head. Hell I might get one to wear while working outside now.
