Today I became hasguns. How did I do?
Not too bad. What did you pay?
Pic related, just paid 400.

The M57 sells for a pretty good price, and it has the thumb safety in the right place. They don't have any history, but if I had to get a Tokarev pattern pistol and I had to put up with all the import bullshit, that would be #2 on my list of guns to get (the 9mm version being #1). Not too crazy about the caliber. You can get 9mm handguns for the same or less money (look at Ruger P-series, for example P85, P89, P95) and have something that holds more ammo while being cheaper to shoot and a more effective caliber for self defense.
Also, I think we now have three recent acquisitions threads on /k/. What happened recently? It's a little late for this many people to be getting their tax refunds, isn't it?

>How did I do?
You could have done much worse.

>How did I do?
Bretty gud. Was my first handgun.

$260. Bore is flawless.

What's with all the M57 threads today?
You can do far worse. The only hiccup mine has is dropping the slide automagically when inserting a new magazine.

Gotta be ready in case of political violence this summer.

I got a job after ending my college time.
>>29948952
That's a good point. It's kind of like a celebratory time for a lot of 22 year olds graduating college and rewarding themselves or getting guns gifted to them.

Good stuff, OP, take care of it.

Already too it apart, cleaned it, and oiled it.

Pretty good, I love my Tok, my first handgun was my Nagant but my TTC was my first semi auto handgun.

I paid $225 for mine, came with 4 boxes of ammo and the original holster with cleaning kit. Bore is flawless, all numbers match.

Does anyone know why the m57 is sold out everywhere and when are they going to restock
>>29949650
Can't speak for the M57 specifically, but it's a standard thing with guns that they come in stock to many different retailers at once in batches, and when they're sold out a bunch of places, they're likely sold out a lot of other places as well. The M57 has barely any sales volume, so there's probably only a few regular retailers who carry them. Easier to get sold out. Just wait for more to come back in stock - sign up for email alerts with the website you want to buy it.
