Did you look into BSR 74s? They're bulgarian AK 74 semi clones. Look into them, you could buy one in czech republic, namely from BVS, for example http://www.bvs.cz/kulovnice_isd_bsrak74_545.html
But pretty much every gun store sells them nowadays. Just be sure you're not buying a converted fullauto if germany doesn't allow it.
