hey /k/ I've been brainstorming ideas for more effective less lethal round and have come up with this KO round for single shotgun. The shell would have a very light load so it wont cause the dowel to splinter. You load it by placing the shell with dowel into the chamber then screwing the glove onto the end.
Any suggestions for how I could improve my design?

Use a metal rod instead of a wooden dowel.
Embed the rod into a novelty sex toy rubber fist by hollowing out a cavity in the fist and then using rubber cement to affix the metal rod inside.
This should allow you to use a more powerful powder load in case you need to knock out a heavyweight champion.

I'm not an expert or anything, but it looks like your setup is heavier than than a typical shotgun shell, then you'd have to use more powder and then it would kick like crazy.
Maybe a much slower, heavier projectile would be what you're looking for, though. I dunno.
