Calicuck and a college student, so I'm doublefucked. I'm planning on going out of state when I transfer from community to real university.
Also, usually I'd have a Note 5 instead of the shitty Windows phone, but I broke the Samsung and am using the Lumia as a temporary replacement while I wait for insurance to replace my Note.

What do you guys keep your EDC stuff in, or do you just use your pockets?
I just keep this in the car, and it holds most of my shit. Besides my phone, wallet, knife, and keys everything goes in here.

Anything I actually care about carrying all the time goes in my pockets. I've tried pouches, bags, etc, and they're a pain in the ass and I end up not taking them everywhere. I have a pretty standard backpack kit, but that doesn't go everywhere with me like my pocket carry does.
Car gear is another story and I don't really count that as part of normal EDC. I have a shitload of stuff in there, including a full Craftsman toolkit, all kinds of tape and zipties, emergency stuff, etc.

What pocket/position do you carry the PM2 in? I need to change the clip position on mine, open to suggestions.
I recently had the idea to tie paracord lines from the two rings on the shoulder holster strap to a kydex sheath fixed bladeto carry under the right shoulder.
problem is the only kydex sheathed fixed blade I have is a bowie knife which is illegal to conceal in my state.

I haven't carried the BHP in a few months because it's been really hot now that it's Summer.
I own a CC permit and a CC pistol(LC9s) but I find myself being too lazy to carry it.
I should do it more, but honestly I only do pretty safe things.

It's a Fuji X100. Absolutely awesome little camera, with a great lens and the same size image sensor as most consumer/prosumer DSLRs.
I actually like it so much that I'm thinking of selling my whole Nikon setup and replacing it with a suite of Fuji gear.

I can't quite go that far because I do photography for work and so I need a full system, but I'm thinking something along the lines of an XT2, 12mm, 23 1.4, 56 1.2, and 50-140 2.8 would be a pretty good baseline setup for me. (Replacing pic related, which is my current work setup.)

I use both the Baofeng UV-5r and Motorola VL-50 (left) for listening in on various people on campus, to get info during emergency drills, and in a couple events, in actual emergencies. I also use the UV-5r for ham radio stuff, as well as testing other radios and equipment in the lab. I'd recommend the UV-5r for a beginner, but not the VL-50. The VL-50 is really made for businesses and the like, so it's not going to be of much use to a beginner for messing around with.
