The German government are a bunch of assholes when it comes to allowing guns to be exported. Rifles get hit hard the most (at least this one, because Germany has to approve of the exportation, and they don't really want to export their G36 to American civilians) and then there's the ATF, and it's just hard for HK and other companies to import. That's why it's taking so long for the Polish Beryl to be imported, because of ATF bullshit.
