North America is practially just the united states as a whole, because canada's military literally has no differences.
South America is a interesting case, Brazil has the logistics and the numbers but Chile has adequate training and german exports, because of their age old friendship.
I'd honestly say Chile, Brazil has capabilities but Chile more then likely has better training.
Europe is difficult, because if we account for NATO and EU western europe as a whole would be a very formidable force. Especially with the inclusion of the UK and France. But if we were to talk about a lone nation, It'd definitely be russia.
Africa is a mess, if we're talking about man-power it'd go to egypt but we've all heard of middle eastern blunders and military failures, if we were to talk about training, equipment and abilities in total I'd make a good but South Africa has them beat.
China definitely holds the force over asia, but for actual assessment we've also got to compare it to forces which operate via JTF, like SK and JP. South Korea has conscription as well as constant battle readiness due to the ongoing war with the DRPK, they're also on a continent so they are not limited to naval or air travel. I'd definitely say china could easily wipe a lot of nations into the ground but subsequently south korea is quite capable of defending themselves.
Oceania goes to Singapore, if we're talking about the present day. ADF feels more like canada in terms of actual capabilities compared to Singapore. But we're upping our abilities so we'll probably in improve by 2020.

Power projection, yes I'd agree. We are adequtely armed with LHDs, and with the two new carries could easily make a formiddable foe in oceania.
We just need to up our forces, we've got abrams, m113s and LAVs. they're definitely not bad but we're more of tie in force then an independent army. And as a isolated continent as well as being miles away from any friendly force we really need to be indepedent and start fighting for ourselves. I'm not saying drop out of the commonwealth but actually become a good army. We're technical up in the 20's in the power index but we need to better.
I actually want us to do more weapons deals with china, I know about the whole quality abloo bloo but honestly, it'd be pretty interesting to see how we could work out arms deal, having a big friend in pacific might help a lot.
