Yes and know. I've owned both. I no longer have the SP2022, but would be open to buying another and now have a Legion P226.
I really don't think there is much difference between a vanilla P226 and SP2022 quality wise other than maybe how it feels in your hand and weight. I think the P226 does feel nicer. The SP2022 would be fire if it had E2 style grips. But really, it's a great gun. I sold my SP2022 to my dad because he wanted a handgun and like it.

I prefer the CZ, though theyre both great guns in their own right, you can get an arguably better sig for a few hundred dollars more. the SP2022 is ok, but you can tell it was made for poorfags. If you want a sig then you want a goddamn sig, if you were going to go basic plastic then get a glock (unless you want DA/SA)
