I wish I could say I've done as good of things as you. We did give a bunch of school supplies to a little school in Belize, but it was no mission trip. We got to spend the afternoon playing soccer with the students too, and they beat our asses. On a more /k/ related note, when we were walking around the little shops and what not, our chaperones would yell at us whenever they found switch blades for sale. It was technically a high school trip, but the adults didn't give a fuck and let us buy as many knives and even pipes as we wanted. I was in UK/Republic of Irland with about 30 other highschool students about 10 guys and 20 girls. for a month. This was not a high school program it was part of independent ambassador program.
