Because it went under in the last thread: Yeah, Reaper was supposed to be Steven Seagal in Jagged Alliance 2. While his initial profile only had the visual likeness, his audio reports gave it away further. He would go on about kharma, kismet, and other esoteric shit while shooting people left and right. Reaper wasn't good for anything but shooting and some emergency first aid, but he was really, really good at the shooting part. He also was fast on his feet, silent, attentive and learnt fast.
