A few, better off finding a buddy with an import export license and having him import, and demill them. It's what I did for my pkm ( Ukrainian made) and a sks crate ( not parts kit.). He payed something like 200$ for a crate of sks's from Ukraine and Romania.

Get a import/export card and it is 100,000,000% legal. You don't even need to cut up "sporting guns" like bolt actions and certain semi autos (mostly fudd stuff like sks. Metal and wood shit.)
You can crush ak receivers and reuse them, so long as you pin and weld the "third hole"
