Thats actually not bad. You can't find a 17s for under 3 grand right now because FN isn't shipping any at the moment. So $3000 for the rifle, the VCOG is like $2300 and with all the other shit and doodads if you were looking for that EXACT setup its not a bad deal. He'd be smarter to part it out though.
