False, PCP doesn't make someone superhuman. In fact, someone who isn't on PCP and is just plain determined/doesn't care if they die will be significantly more effective judging from the police reports involving extreme circumstances of failures to stop that I've read, as the people not on PCP are significantly more likely to use a weapon half way intelligently.

Small amount+short term= Sure.
Anything above recommended in less than a day > weeks > months you become a junkie. = Useless shit in the field due to side effects. Even if you get your fix, you're going to do worse than the non junkie.
Dextroamphetamine and levoamphetamine (adderall) is a safer bet for combat. It has the benefit of not being neurotoxic, which is a nice plus for preserving your pilots' wits. I have plenty of experience with adderall and none with methamphetamine, but every depiction of meth use I have ever seen seems to suggest some of the side-effects can be too debilitating. Is it good to have overly paranoid soldiers? Your soldiers need to eat and sleep too. It's a trade off.

This is not how blood doping works. You don't add an additional volume of blood, you add blood that has a higher density of red blood cells. Athletes will do high-altitude or otherwise oxygen deprived training to increase their red blood cell count. They will then have large volumes of that blood drawn and preserved. When the competition nears, they will transfuse the blood back in, while removing an equal amount of their low-altitude pleb blood.
