bullshit, for starters the germans werent further advanced in actual aircraft than the british at the end of the war, rockets perhaps but jets and prop engines were no significantly advanced over the british.
and while some german research was used in the american aviation industry, and subsequently improved upon by the americans and the british, many aspects of post war design rely on avionics and electronics, fields the germans lagged behind in in WW2, Area rule was something the americans figured out for themselves, and fly by wire and intentionally relaxed stability are ideas that the germans of 1945 simply couldnt have conceived.

British jet engines were actually far superior. The main reason Gloster Meteors were not allowed over occupied territory was because of how far ahead of other nations we were at building engines, the airframe itself was a fairly conservative one.

After the British invented radar, they began putting it on planes in the mid 30's, later to deploy it fully in 1939. The Germans didn't have their first airborne radar until the end of 1942.

First off, the P-51 kicked ass, but it was with British help. Secondly, the P-51 and Spitfire are completely different aircraft designs.
The Spitfire was a dogfighter and high maneuver frame, while the P-51 was a high altitude boom and zoomer. Both designs had flaws and advantages over the other, neither is even close to objectively superior beyond the fact the P-51 turned sharper at high speeds and the Spitfire turned faster at low speeds.

the germans were the ones facing major airborne raids nightly, the allies had radar equipped nightfighters earlier than the germans had had better radar throughout, they had less multiplication of different sets and less variations of plane largely because R&D and manufacturing werent such a retarded clusterfuck, and much of the german proliferation of radars was driven by the RAFs rapidly growing ability to counter earlier radars.

Garand and B29 ok, although at the same time as the B29 is starting bombing the british are designing jet bombers and more or less skipping high altiude prop bombers.
the lancaster on the other hand could bomb as far and accurately by night as the B17 by day and carried a far heavier and more effective bombload doing it, they were also the bomber of choice for hitting high value point targets like the V3, sub pens and vital bridges or tunnels.
similarly the spitfire is a interceptor, the mustang is a long range escort, the spit was fully capable of besting the mustang within its range, the mustang could fly further, and the hawker tempest could kill both and was arguably the best prop fighter of the war in terms of performance.
the atomic bombs were developed with significant british involvement, specifically most of the early research being british
