I love it.

How much does one of those things go for? I will agree it looks pretty cool.
it's like they built all the rifle's internals, and needed to build an ergonomic receiver or shell. So they threw all the parts into a box.
Then mistook the box full of shooty parts for the finished gun

I doubt you could get one, I would be very surprised if there are more than a handful of L22A1's in civilian hands.
>>29711556
I'd say zero (legally) in civilian hands.

No idea, certainly they aren't or rather shouldn't be privately owned since they've army issue only.
And if that doesn't stop you, how about the idea that they've been probably been used and beaten to shit like all service rifles -- unless you have a thing for broken girls.

It's kind of a AR18 bullpup conversion in a way.
>>29711586
I've seen some Americans try to start building them from parts.
But it never seems to go anywhere.
>>29711605
fuuuuck I want one
>>29711556
Bummer ;_;
>>29711592
I don't get why the fuck they had to design proprietary mags for the fucking thing when STANAGs existed at the time.
Fucking durrrr
>>29711685
it works with STANAG mags.
>>29711685
It does take stanag mags and that is a stanag mag in the picture.
But it's a shitty Radway Green made aluminium one. (which caused some of the reliability problems)
>>29711685
Look nicer bare with the Iron sights.

>Reference external asthetics from an airshit
>Remove AR-180 internals, reverse engineer parts into a bullpup
>Grab SA80 asthetic parts on gunbroker or whatever the hell you get parts with
>????
>Profit

I've always thought about an AR18 bullpup in a stamped metal package.
The K&M M17S is actually surprisingly similiar to the SA80. Its just made of aluminum billet.
