If I were to continue along the lines of a budget rifle, I'd get a B5 or STR, a PA microdot... and moved the MBUS further apart to the ends of the rail.
Personally, I'd also drop the lower for a forged one and the rail for a thinner, 13"-15" one, and put together a Malkoff/Arisaka mini scout clone for it.
