Full auto bolt carriers have been standard since around 2009-2010. There used to be a big grey area about what full-auto parts you could include in a semi-auto rifle, but the ATF clarified in a letter that the only parts they care about are the fire control group.
Since then everyone and their dog use FA carriers. I honestly can't think of a single company off the top of my head that doesn't. Even Colt, who had those cancerous sear blocks in the 80's, are shipping their rifles with FA carriers.
