How old is your bolt? They fixed that when they moved from the m16 to the m16a1. Every bolt I've had is either crimped or manufactured such that the cam pin won't go in unless the bolt is properly installed.

Bolt assemblies are made idiot proof now. The cam pin will only go in if you have it lined up, the other hole on the bottom is tapered down to fix this.

In my state if you are an unlawful user of drugs or alcohol, you cannot purchase a gun until 5 years has elapsed from your most recent adult conviction. Everyone is laughing and smiling. We can both tell this is going to be the start of a long and happy gun dealer/gun buyer relationship.
Then I get denied for the gun and have to do the walk of shame out the door. The look of disappointment on his face was like looking at my own father. Dude was crushed.
I came back a year later and bought a G19 from him and we laughed about it. But i was fucking MORTIFIED at the time.

After 10 rds it falls off.

I think this is slowly changing, thankfully. I'm pretty sure there are a lot of states now who don't put marijuana in the same class as other drugs, and so you won't lose your 2A rights at all. But there are still states with retarded drug laws from 30 years ago.
