Gorka is pretty much just a baggy suit made of sturdy non-waterproof material.
So it's just a versatile little thing. While not waterproof, the thick material can stop water for a while - at the cost of getting drenched, which means getting heavy.
But still, it's made with Russian versatility in mind: Russian winter is very cold, dry and with strong winds. So a thick canvas material to wear over warm clothing is what you want, and incidentally perfect for hot weather too with light clothing.

I like my Gorka because it isn't so thick that I can't wear it whenever, unlike most waterproof jackets. Also, it isn't loud as fuck out inna woods. I fucking hate most waterproof jackets, unless it's something like waxed canvas.

On the subject of the gorka, its a sack. Its just a sack that heat doesnt get out of. I wore mine in the summer (summer suit) with shorts and a tshirt under and its just fine in 70 degree weather. I wore it to frozen fucking nuggetfest with a few layors under it and it was just too hot after a while. Gorka 4 is great but you need to get a real one. There are shit copies out there too. Greyshop sells real ones though so your good. Ebay ones are good luck tier.
Dont machine wash, youll fuck it up and then have to recoat it. I sprayed anti water windsheild shot all over Mine after a layor of wax shit and now it might as well a hardshell jacket too.

Mine took five and a half weeks to come in. Found a Splav gorka 5 on eBay last year, and it's easily my favorite article of clothing. Really light and comfortable, and so many goddamn pockets.

I had to get my own measurements and give them to the seller when I bought mine (eBay). Buy them a little big so there's room for your under layers, but make sure the sleeve length is right. Everything is adjustable, so even if you don't put anything under it, you can snug it up to keep the wind out.

BTR-82A have a dual channel sight with laser range finder , air burst ammunition, powerful engine and spall liner( the Abrams only got spall liner with the SEP V2)

You should be looking gorka sizes from 6 upwards in length. Kinda hard to find, most sizes seem to end at the 6. 6 is meant to ppl 188-194 cm.
