Get a reasonable gun with regular ammo and buy airshit.
You pretty much saved yourselff $500 and you get the feel of being a Slinter Cell Cawadoody.
Pros: light weight, light recoil, high capacity, amrrican eagle fmj is $13 a box.
ballistics are equal or slightly less than 9mm, effective in real world ie: fort hood.
Cons:
Loud, ammo is basically non-reloadable. The gun is really big.

With all that said I would love to have one still. flat shooting, high capacity, tacticool as you can possibly get. small enough for conceal carry. You would not be a fag for putting a red dot on it. Light as tits. So incredibly up to you, and either choose would be correct and wrong at the same time. Also you need to load your own rounds if you want the pistol to do anything it was designed for.

The review of the Kel-Tec PMR-30 that The Box O' Truth did showed that standard .22 magnum rounds wouldn't expand, when fired from a pistol barrel. 5.7mm would be a lot more effective because of that.
