chinese type 81 chest rig is the top part but below that is a bunch of gernade pouches. Unless you have gernades, the gernade pouches on it are too small for anything other than a compass or yo yo.

le tactical chest rig is stupid. A soldier must be able to make himself as low as possible.

It's laid out like a Type 56, but it is clearly not a normal Type 56. As far as I can tell, there is no produced vest exactly like this. It could be thought of as an artists rendering of a customized Type 56 similar (but not identical) to the custom upgrades of pic related.

Cool story bro. Soldiers need to carry gear and there are only so many places on the body to do it. Chest rigs are immensely functional. You might not get quite as low in the dirt with one, but every method of carrying gear has a trade off.

Lel. Ok, sure thing f-a-m. Hanging grenades off the straps by their spoons ala Vietnam films is dangerous. Putting them in pouches on the chest is perfectly safe. People are too afraid of their own explosives sometimes.

T56 chest rig
with modified plastic snapbuckles and velcro closures.
Its a modernized version of the classic T56 AK chest rig. VISM or UTG or someone may still manufacture them.
At first glance it looks like a russian lyfchik rig but the the lower belt is a modified T56 SKS rig with two pouches seemingly removed to make way for some sort of a holster and a classic russian bakelite bayonet.
