When I open the bolt, it will just slide out (without pressing the trigger). The trigger itself just flops around now. Is the trigger spring broken?
>>
yeah
>>
the solution is simple, throw it in the trash
>>
>>29542910
Is it a simple diy fix, or should I get a gunsmith?
>>29542917
no.

It was $99.
>>
>>29542947
If you can find the parts, you can fix it with a flathead screwdriver.

Take it apart and see what is actually wrong with it. There' only like 30 pieces total you're dealing with. Post pics and someone can probably help you figure it out.

It's embarrassing that you even had to post this to ask what was wrong or if it can be fixed. You call yourself a /k/ommando?

>not detail stripping all guns when new to clean them and discern how they work and generally familiarizing yourself with them.
>not having the basic manishness to know that when something breaks you take it apart to investigate it.
>>
>>29542893
Russian peasants could fix it.

You're no better than them if you can't figure it out
>>
>>29543156
I detail stripped a Henry AR-7 once.

Once.

sounds like the sear skipped, take apart and put back together.

I took it apart, and I think this part broke. I see a strip of bare metal amongst the black.

Well I mean if yours doesn't look exactly like the pic (i.e. is in two pieces) then yeah it's probably broken. Buy the new one and slap it on in there. Easy peasy
>>
>>29543504
>is in two piece
When I unscrew it I see one half, but I don't see the other. Maybe it's still lodged in there somewhere.
>>
>>29542893
Oh shit I have the same problem with mine.

I would just buy another one, but my gramps gave me this one.
>>
>>29542974
Unless it came with a ammo pouch, cleaning kit, bayonet, helmet, and 1000 rounds of ammo, you got screwed.
