C-clamp grip as Mike teaches is using your strong hand to squeeze the grip from the front to back, and using your support hand to squeeze the grip side to side.

Chest squeeze is using your pecs to clamp the gun in place from the sides, sort of like doing a pec fly at the gym.

Haley's a good shooter but there are plenty of guys who are just as good or even faster. Just earlier in this thread I posted a guy shooting a 1.75s Bill Drill with a 0.76s draw out of a Safariland retention holster. Unlike some sports where body type or natural ability is a really big deal, almost anyone can shoot reasonably well if they work for it.

Ever since I started going to local competitions and seeing other amateurs doing that style of shooting really fast, it's not very impressive to watch anymore. I prefer coordinated/realistic training drills over watching a guy run through a uspsa course.
