I've considered buying this frame and making a cool, semi-modern broomhandle out of it (I'd never jack around with my original), but I just can't find enough parts to complete the build. You'd think finding a spare bolt or barrel for this thing would be easy, but nooooooooo....

Seriously I have a hobby in building homemade shit(some serious, some silly shit) but with some crap from home depot and a local steel mill/supplier(steel is about 2 pennies a pound where I am) some tools and you can make some real silly shit or experimental shit(I tried to make a .30 SMG to see if its feasable)

The reason why alot of old guns are out of vouge is because

Something did their job better
Few production runs means few for reference, unless you are skilled enough to be able to recreate it from a picture(most people are not)

Now I don't know where you are, but if you talk to a machinist/gun maker or pick up the skill yourself its not actually hard to build this shit(though it takes practice)
