Can go to cuba now.

This bitch is a fugitive from justice.

2 million dollar reward for her return.

Need a boat, a car, and a way to draw her out.

I'm thinking a "journalist" wanting to interview her.

Shove her old ass in the trunk, transfer to boat, and come home to collect our 2 million.

Tell me why I'm retarded.

I just thought that it would be logical to assume that posing as a neutral interviewer and then turning around killing/kidnapping them would be illegal otherwise I would imagine everyone would be doing it because it's so effective, and that would be mayhem. >>

>Is this your first hour on /k/?
No it isn't. Why exactly am I supposed to know about her? This is a weapons thread and I'm a yuropoor. Also I'm not a journalist. It doesn't apply to me.

>>29524464
I agree, kidnapping people is a challenging task, but luring people in hiding out by pretending to be a journalist would make it significantly easier than hunting them down the old fashioned way (if it works like I think it works). Also pretending to be a journalist would become ineffective over time as people would stop trusting them.
>>
>>29524567
Isn't that how they got that one drug lord that sean penn interviewed?
>>
>>29524567
>Also pretending to be a journalist would become ineffective over time as people would stop trusting them.
So then you just get someone else to pretend to be a journalist.

Like Sean Penn did with Chapo Guzman.
>>
>>29524576
He didn't even have to pretend to be a journalist, he just had 2 bee himself

Then the mexican military somehow mysteriously came and arrested him a day later
>>
>>29524576
>>29524579
Yeah but it sets a precedent. If I were on the run I wouldn't agree to meet ANY journalists, on the off chance that it might be a setup. My rudimentary guess is that the Mexicans tracked Penn, and he led them to Guzman, but even so, Penn wasn't the one to capture him, he sounded like he was doing an honest interview, not being a backstabber.
>>
>>29524647
Exactly, if they get caught it's because of their own ego. Fuck em.
>>

>>

>>
>>29524759
If we actually did this, we'd need some rudimentary counter-surveillance at the least in order to figure out what kind of security apparatus is implanted with her when (if) she really makes these trips

>>29524772
I appreciate the enthusiasm but the hypothetical plan has now shifted to renditioning her while she's stateside
>>
>>29524772
Hell, what if you could just get her to gitmo. Technically its us soil. It was plot point of badboys 2 lol.
>>
>>29524780
This seems like the best way to go about it. Picking her up stateside would eliminate the risk of ending up in a cuban prison.
>>
>>29524808
That's a US base so I don't know if they'd have any kind of civilian judicial apparatus (civilian court+LEOs) where we could turn her in so she could be brought up on charges.

That's the whole reason they're offering such a high reward, they want her back alive so she can face trial for killing that state trooper.

As far as just getting to Cuba and back to the US on a boat, that could be a little more tricky without some serious tradecraft.

If she does visit her family in Chiraq, we could try pulling off a false flag BLM attack.

she killed a pig, and now she's worth $2mil. that's what. i'm sure most of us don't care that much what she did but the people who do care are willing to pay, as such we care by extension.

Cuba may try to extradite you for "kidnapping"someone with asylum, but the US of A would probably call it bounty hunting. So lets see those commies try

Due to the sensitivity of abducting defendants from a foreign country, prosecutors may not take steps to secure custody over persons outside the United States (by government agents or the use of private persons, like bounty hunters or private investigators) by means of Alvarez-Machain type renditions without advance approval by the Department of Justice. Prosecutors must notify the Office of International Affairs before they undertake any such operation.

Even if you send and interview invitation she will either not respond or if she responds it will be held in a public place. By the moment you take action against her you are a foreigner commiting a crime in Cuban soil and you are fucked.
The only way to do that is to actually track her down without contacting her and then make the kidnap.
Honestly, if it was that easy dont you think someone else would already made it?
