It's definitely not green spray paint you can tell from the pictures of the open bottom, the metal inserts aren't painted and I doubt someone dumb enough to spray paint a magazine green would take the time to not coat the metal inserts

In the OP's mag (and on that site) the green stops before that line, so there would be black visible when the mag were inserted into the rifle.
In the legit pic, the mag is green all the way. And it's most likely the polymer itself that's green through and through.
So most likely, OP's mag and that website show examples of counterfeit green mags.

Back when I played paintball we used to just color dip our stuff. Bake a plastic at a fairly low heat, boil a pot of water full of x color dye; dip it for a few minutes then let it cool. It would come out looking exactly like that and even soak into the plastic a few millimeters if not entirely through.

Green polymer mags are black on top.
