Its not STANAG so its proprietary, and only 2 companies make them in limited runs, meaning availability is not guaranteed.
It does worse out of short barrels than .300blk, 6.5gren, 6.5mpc, and 7.62x39.
It is limited to about 400m of effective range with the heaviest, highest BC bullets available in a 20" barrel, because they have a lower BC and significantly lower MV than even M193.
