List all the parts you removed. If you misplaced the spring in OP it's also very possible you misplaced the takedown pin detent spring.
If you misplaced that spring and also removed the pistol grip you might have also misplaced the safety selector detent spring.

Your buffer tube probably isn't screwed in all the way, so your buffer retainer flew across the room and your screw less so.
